Signing Up For An Event
Pay For The Event: Events are pre-paid, so your spot is reserved only upon receipt of your payment. There are times we except on the spot payment. We suggest checking back to the Guest List for an event to confirm that you're on the list. NOTE: If you want to attend an event and have a reserved spot, we recommend that you use online payment.

Credit Card / Online Payments
There is a handling fee with the online payments. It is listed under "Shipping & Handling" in PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are taken up to 20 days before an event. The refund is the amount of 25% of the cost of the event minus PayPal cost for process the refund. To cancel an event and request a refund, fill out This Form.
No cancellations or credits will be accepted after the "20 day before" mark. Sorry, no exceptions.
The 20-day mark is often when ALC commits to the venue how many people have signed up and the number for which they need to prepare, buy materials, hire staff, etc (and ALC commits to pay for these people). Occasionally there will be an event that provides no refunds. It is specified in the invite.
